DESCRIPTION:Make Valentine’s Day weekend a little sweeter with an afternoon of dessert demonstrations\, chocolate treats\, and a Dessert Dash to wrap it all up. \nValentine’s Sweets Soirée takes place in the Crystal Ballroom and features three rotating presentations led by: \nExecutive Chef Steve Barton\, sharing a behind-the-scenes look at a featured dessert presentation and techniques that bring a little extra polish to classic sweets. \nPastry Chef Jordan Gresham\, demonstrating vintage-style cake decorating and finishing touches that make desserts look as good as they taste. \nBeverage Manager Jared Martin\, leading a mixology demonstration featuring a sparkling cocktail. \nAfter the demonstrations\, the chocolate fountain opens\, giving guests time to snack and mingle before the Dessert Dash begins.
