Voices from Eureka’s Silent City
Looking for unique things to do in Eureka Springs this October? Don’t miss Voices from Eureka’s Silent City, the popular lantern-lit cemetery tour and living history event held each fall. This guided walking tour through the historic Eureka Springs Cemetery brings the past to life with local actors portraying some of the city’s most colorful former residents.

Each year features a new theme—2025’s is “Dastardly Deeds and Untimely Demise”—with stories that highlight the intriguing and often unexpected lives of those who once called Eureka Springs home. This event is a fundraiser for the Eureka Springs Historical Museum and is a favorite among history buffs, locals, and visitors alike.
