Valentine’s Day Weekend Events

Valentine’s Day dinner at the 1886 Crescent Hotel & Spa is offering a special four-course dinner on February 14, 2026, served in the Crystal Dining Room.

It’s a set menu designed for a full night out, with each course rotating from something shareable and savory to a classic steak entrée and a dessert that feels very Valentine’s Day without being over-the-top. Dinner is served between 6:00pm and 9:00pm, and reservations are required.

This year’s Valentine’s menu starts with baked feta paired with roasted grapes and rosemary, served with toasted focaccia. After that comes a caramelized pancetta and fennel salad, featuring field greens and a tart red wine vinaigrette that brings everything together.

For the entrée, the main selection is Steak Au Poivre, a green and black pepper-encrusted filet mignon served with Yukon mashed potatoes, an asparagus bundle, and finished with a Cognac pan sauce.

Guests who prefer a vegetarian option can choose wild mushroom ravioli with spinach and a sun-dried tomato cream.

Dessert is strawberry and white chocolate crème brûlée, topped with strawberry whipped cream, and it’s the kind of finish that makes the meal feel like an occasion.

The Valentine’s Day dinner is $80 per person and includes tax. Reservations are required, and you can book by calling 855-725-5720.

Valentine’s Sweets Soirée with Dessert Dash

Our Chefs at the Crescent Hotel Valentine’s Day weekend a little sweeter with an afternoon of dessert demonstrations, tastings, chocolate treats, and a Dessert Dash to wrap it all up.

Join us for the Inaugural Valentine’s Sweets Soirée with Dessert Dash on February 15, 2026, from 2:00 to 4:00 pm in the Crystal Ballroom. This dessert-forward afternoon includes live demonstrations from the Crescent Hotel’s culinary team, a chocolate fountain, and a Dessert Dash to wrap it all up.

Executive Chef Steve Barton will share a behind-the-scenes look at a featured dessert presentation and simple techniques that take classic sweets up a notch.

Pastry Chef Jordan Gresham will demonstrate vintage-style cake decorating and finishing details that make desserts look as good as they taste.

Beverage Manager Jared Martin will lead a mixology demonstration with a featured sparkling cocktail.

Best of all, attendees get to enjoy the results of the demonstrations.

As guests rotate through each presentation, they’ll get an up-close look at the techniques behind the sweets and drinks being created. After the demonstrations, the chocolate fountain opens, giving everyone time to snack before the Dessert Dash begins.

The Dessert Dash is the grand finale, where dashers will fill a takeaway sweets box with their favorites.

Tickets are $35 per person, with an optional $10 sweets box to participate in the dash. Attendance is limited to the first 125 guests, so booking early is recommended.
