Eureka Springs, AR – The eagerly awaited full schedule for the 2024 Eureka Springs Blues Party is here, promising an even richer tapestry of blues music from May 30th to June 2nd. This year’s festival is shaping up to be an unforgettable blend of BluesRock, Funk, and traditional blues performances set against the backdrop of picturesque Eureka Springs.
Thursday, May 30th starts with Tom Pevear at Gotahold and Los Roscoes at Gravel Bar, both at 5PM. The evening heats up with Rachel Ammons in the Basin Park Ballroom and the Hex Peddlers at Chelsea’s, leading to a high-energy set by Patrick Sweany with his full band in the Basin Park Ballroom.
Friday, May 31st brings a day packed with talent, starting with IBC Winner Joe Waters at the Basin Band Shell. The blues legend of this year, Sonny Landreth, featuring Seth Lee Jones, will take the stage at The Auditorium, promising an electric night. But that’s not all – the lineup also boasts Brad Absher, Batterton & Edwards, and The Squirrels and Vox Squadron, who’ll keep the energy high. Plus, don’t miss Cris Jacobs on the Host Hotel Blues Stage, adding another layer to a night of great music.
Saturday, June 1st is bustling with activity, from the Center Street Block Party happening from noon to 6pm, to standout performances like Chebon Tiger and Earl and Them. The evening offers an array of talent, with Ian Moore at The Aud and the soulful sounds of the Jeff Horton Trio at Missy’s White Rabbit. The night continues with the energy of the Eric Deaton Trio and John Nemeth. Grotto Upstairs hosts the Festival Funk Party with The Diamond Empire Band.
The festival closes on Sunday with a performance by Patrick Sweany at Chelsea’s, rounding off a weekend full of remarkable music and community spirit.
